About Dr. Helen Cummins
A firm belief that everyone has the power within to transform their life, set Helen on a mission to share the tried-and-tested tools she’s learnt on her own transformational journey to help others do the same. Awarded a Doctorate in Training & Development, an Executive MBA, as well as completing training as a Kundalini yoga teacher, Family Constellation facilitator, and certified Integrative Nutritional Health Coach has culminated in the creation of a unique holistic programme to aid lasting personal change.
